Protect Our Rights, Our Land, and Our Water

Arizona is not simply for sale to the highest bidder. We welcome good business, but not at the expense of our future. When out-of-state corporations come for our water and our land, the state must ensure we get the best deal possible.

Our right to clean water, clean air, and a healthy place to live is non-negotiable. After these companies have taken what they want, we are the ones who remain. We will fight to protect our resources for the generations to come, putting the well-being of Arizonans ahead of corporate profit.

Restore and Empower Our Communities

Our modern world offers connection through a screen, but at the cost of the community right outside our doors. We feel the effects: isolation, rising costs, and a economy that often seems rigged against us.

We need to rebuild the infrastructure of human connection. Our state government should invest in vibrant main streets, local opportunity, and in-person community—not just the convenience of a high-tech, fast-paced life. Every dollar of profit that leaves our district due to a corporate sweetheart deal is a tax on our people, leaving us to compete for the scraps. Economic development must first and foremost serve the Arizonans who live, work, and raise their families here.

Create a Constitutional Mandate of Loyalty to the People

The current system in Phoenix is broken. Ethical watchdogs are toothless, lobbyists write our laws, and politicians enrich themselves through conflicts of interest. The people of Arizona are left wide open for exploitation.

That’s why I’ve written the Arizona Accountability Act. This constitutional amendment will:

  • Establish a legally enforceable duty requiring every elected official and political appointee to act with good faith, loyalty, and sound judgment on behalf of the people.

  • Empower and rename the Citizens Clean Elections Commission to become the Citizens Clean Governance Commission, giving it the tools to define and uphold clear ethical standards.

  • Create a system of clarity and accountability, protecting officials who act in good faith on the Commission's guidance and ensuring our government works for the people, not the powerful.
